The same controls reach everyone.
DMZAgent publishes its conformance posture against the Section 508 Refresh and WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Both the public site and the product console are built to that target.
Standards we target
- WCAG 2.1 Level AA across every public surface — the marketing pages, the console, and the hosted documentation.
- Section 508 Refresh §1194.22 (Web) and §1194.31 (Functional Performance) for the same surfaces; most WCAG 2.1 AA work satisfies both.
- Level AAA sits outside our commitment. Its contrast and timing rules conflict with the federal-density layout. We track the gaps and leave them open.
What ships today
- Keyboard reachability. A skip link on every page and a visible focus outline on every interactive element (WCAG 2.4.1, 2.4.7).
- Names, roles, values. Native elements throughout; destructive confirmations use a focus-trapped dialog in place of the browser prompt (WCAG 1.3.1, 4.1.2).
- Color and contrast. Federal navy on paper for body text; interactive text passes AA, and every status carries a label as well as a color.
- Reduced motion. Every animation honors
prefers-reduced-motionwith a static equivalent.
A regression is a release blocker
Every marketing route runs an automated accessibility check on every change, alongside a load-performance budget, and a failing check blocks the release. The release process carries no exemption for an accessibility regression.
Report a barrier
If any part of the product or site is hard to use with assistive technology, tell us. We acknowledge within two business days and publish a remediation plan within ten. An Accessibility Conformance Report — a VPAT 2.4, Revised Section 508 edition, self-assessed 2026-06-18 — is available on request.
